2. Products and Pricing

All products are sold as pre-orders unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

3. Pre-Order Terms

Pre-order items will be produced and shipped within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline. We will make every effort to meet this timeline but are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or shipping carriers.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

5. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

4EVER 4WARD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
